- HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Reservations can be made email or you can call our helpful reservation agents at 208-571-8300.
- WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. We will gladly give a refund for any reservation cancelled with a minimum 6 hours notice prior to the pick up time.We will not refund payments if the traveling party elects not to appear for a pickup (a no show) without notification.In order to cancel your reservation, please call 208-571-8300 prior to your pickup time.
- WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
You may pay the driver at the time the service is provided. The driver will accept cash, all major credit/debit cards or checks.
- HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
We require all reservations to be made at least 24 hours in advance if booked via email. However, we can accommodate reservations with much less notice as well for assistance, please call 208-571-8300
- DOES THE SHUTTLE SERVICE CHARGE INCLUDE A GRATUITY?
No, the fare we quote for our ride services does not include a gratuity but is optional and appreciated by drivers.(Suggested gratuity: 20%)
- WHERE DO YOU PICK UP AT THE AIRPORT?
Pickups from airports are made at a specific "pickup" point (designated by the airport officials). Passengers are required to call us at 208-571-8300 as soon as they arrive at the airport and before they claim their luggage to inform us of their arrival.
- CAN I BRING MY PET WITH ME?
Of course, but please let our reservation agents know in advance because it is necessary to reserve an exclusive van or sedan for transportation to or from airport. Please call 208-571-8300 for a quote or to make reservations.
